The Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Campaigns Executive to take ownership of the planning, execution, monitoring and reporting of digital campaigns across our brands, publications and events.

This is not a junior social media role, nor are we looking for a highly senior performance-marketing strategist.

We are looking for someone with enough hands-on experience to independently manage campaigns, understand performance data, coordinate with internal teams and take responsibility for getting campaigns delivered on time.





The ideal candidate will become the internal point of contact for digital campaigns, while working with external specialists whenever deeper technical or strategic expertise is required.

What You Will Do
- Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across Meta and Google, with basic exposure to LinkedIn Ads.
- Understand campaign objectives such as awareness, registrations, ticket sales, enquiries and lead generation.
- Define target audiences, budgets, timelines and campaign objectives.
- Coordinate with content and design teams to ensure the right creatives and messaging are available.
- Launch, monitor and optimise campaigns within approved budgets.
- Track key metrics such as reach, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversions and cost per result.
- Prepare simple weekly/monthly campaign reports and explain what the numbers mean.
