We are looking for a proactive and people-focused
HR Manager

to manage and strengthen our end-to-end HR function. The ideal candidate will take ownership of recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, policies, and workplace culture.

This role requires someone who can balance day-to-day HR operations with building scalable people processes as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from understanding hiring requirements to candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer rollout, and joining.




- Work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Maintain an active talent pipeline for current and future positions.
- Design and manage a structured onboarding process for new employees.
- Ensure proper documentation and completion of joining formalities.

HR Operations
- Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave, documentation, and HR databases.
- Manage offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, and other employee documentation.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leaves, incentives, deductions, and other employee-related information.
- Ensure HR policies and processes are properly documented and communicated.
- Support compliance with applicable employment and workplace requirements.
