Designation: International Customer Support & Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities:
- Convert incoming order request via email / chat / phone
- Assist customers in navigating our products/services, troubleshooting issues, and providing

Solutions to their problems.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, aiming for

first-contact conversion.

Preferred candidate profile
- Exp 1+ years in sales.
- US calling experience min of 6 months
- Must be ok with US shift hours
- Excellent spoken & writing communication
- Results-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
