Roles & Responsibilities:Legal Documentation & Advisory
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and vetting
legal documents
, including Development Agreements, MOUs, LOIs, Term Sheets, Society notices, resolutions, consent letters, Power of Attorney, affidavits, and undertakings.
- Support
legal due diligence
for redevelopment and real estate projects.
- Conduct legal research related to the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, RERA, Stamp Duty & Registration, UDCPR / DCPR, and CIDCO & NMMC regulations.

PMC Legal Support
- Assist the PMC team in
legal coordination and compliance




during builder appointment processes (79A, tenders, LOI stage), agreement execution, registration, and CC/OC stages.
- Track and follow up on
legal compliances, approvals, and timelines
for ongoing redevelopment projects.
- Maintain legal checklists, compliance trackers, and project-wise documentation records.

Stipend:
₹3,000 – ₹7,000 per month (based on performance, skills & duration)
Client & Society Coordination
- Follow up with
clients, cooperative housing societies, and managing committees
for pending documents, resolutions, approvals, and agreement execution.
- Coordinate between clients, PMC team, advocates, and statutory authorities to ensure smooth legal workflows.
- Draft follow-up emails, letters, and status updates related to legal and PMC matters.

Authority & External Coordination
- Assist in coordination with advocates, sub-registrar offices, CIDCO, NMMC, and other government authorities.
