Job Title: Barista

Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Barista to prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coffee, maintain cleanliness, and work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty beverages according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Welcome customers, take orders, and provide menu recommendations.
- Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, POS systems, and other café equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, equipment, and seating areas.
- Restock coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and other supplies.
- Follow food safety, health, and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages.




- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a barista or in food & beverage service is preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso preparation is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
