Hirely is recruiting on behalf of a hiring partner for a remote Statistician opportunit
y supporting an advanced AI training project.

You'll apply your expertise in statistics, data analysis, data visualization, and data quality to help improve next-generation AI systems.
No prior AI experience is required.

What You'll Do:
- Clean, preprocess, and structure complex or messy datasets.
- Perform descriptive and inferential statistical analysis.
- Use
Python, R, SAS
,
or Stata
for statistical analysis and data preparation.
- Create clear data visualizations to communicate analytical findings.
- Identify data-quality issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Contribute to dataset annotation, labeling, and enrichment for AI training.
- Prepare concise summaries of statistical methods, findings, and results.
- Collaborate remotely with project teams and communicate technical findings clearly.

What We're Looking For:
- Strong background in
Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Biostatistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience working with complex, noisy, incomplete,



or unstructured datasets.
- Solid understanding of descriptive and inferential statistics.
- Proficiency in
Python or R
for analysis and data manipulation.
- Strong data visualization and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate statistical findings to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent attention to detail and written communication.

Nice to Have:
- MS or PhD in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Biostatistics, or a related field.
- Experience with
SAS or Stata.
- Experience with hypothesis testing and regression analysis.
- Experience contributing to AI, data annotation, or machine-learning projects.
- Experience working with large-scale datasets.

Compensation:
- $60-$120/hour
