Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and skilled Pastry Chef to prepare a variety of desserts, pastries, cakes, breads, and baked goods. The ideal candidate should have a passion for baking, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain high-quality standards while ensuring kitchen hygiene and food safety.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a wide range of pastries, cakes, cookies, breads, and desserts.
- Develop current dessert recipes and seasonal menu items.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all baked products.
- Decorate cakes and desserts according to customer requirements and company standards.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate ingredient procurement.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the pastry kitchen.
- Follow food safety and sanitation regulations at all times.
- Minimize food wastage and control production costs.
- Train and guide junior pastry staff and kitchen assistants.
- Ensure proper storage of ingredients and finished products.




- Manage daily pastry production schedules to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team for special events and catering orders.

Qualifications
- Diploma or Certificate in Bakery & Pastry Arts, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or similar role.
- Experience in hotels, restaurants, cafés, bakeries, or catering services preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
