NOTE: Mainly to workout on PF challan visiting client and reaching PF Office.

Responsible to generate UAN (Universal Account Number) and IP (Insured Person) numbers on the EPFO and ESIC portals. Ensure smooth KYC seeding and profile updates.

Responsible to verify monthly salary data for statutory calculations. Generate Electronic Challan cum Return (ECR) for PF and monthly challans for ESIC.

Assist employees with PF claims (withdrawal, advance, transfer) and ESIC benefit claims (sickness, maternity, medical tie-ups)

Update employee exit details accurately on portals within required timelines.

Responsible for timely filing of annual/half-yearly statutory returns under various state and central labour laws.





Act as the primary liaison between the clients and regulatory authorities (EPFO, ESIC, Labour Department)

Responsible to prepare and organize documentation required for government inspections, labour department visits, and statutory audits.

Responsible to address inspection notices, queries, and statutory audits promptly under senior management supervision.

Provide prompt, accurate and courteous responses to the customers.

Solve routine and complex problems raised by the customers.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
