We’re seeking an experienced
Production Planning & Advanced Scheduling Specialist
with 5–7 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing. You’ll play a pivotal role in designing and optimizing production planning strategies that drive efficiency, agility, and on-time delivery — all while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

This position is based onsite at our manufacturing facility in Surat/Hazira, Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of production planning strategies aligned with customer demand, manufacturing capacity, inventory targets, and business objectives.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize production schedules while considering material availability, machine capacity, manpower, production priorities, and delivery commitments.
- Utilize advanced production planning and scheduling methodologies to optimize production sequences, minimize downtime, reduce changeovers, and improve overall equipment utilization.
- Analyze demand, supply, capacity, inventory, and production data to identify constraints, bottlenecks, and potential risks.
