Role & responsibilities

The 3rd Party Data Licensing Administrator ensures that all marketdata licences from exchanges and regulated benchmarks (e.g. site /access fee licences, non-display licences) are correctly subscribed, documented and billed in alignment with BNPParibas policies and the contractual terms set by each exchange. The role sits within the Market Data Administration Competency Center (MDCC) and works closely with Central Market Data Exchange team, and the respective exchange liaison teams when necessary

Key Responsibilities -
- Exchange Licence lifecycle management from request intake, subscription review, and approval routing to renewal, compliance monitoring, and termination.
- Financial stewardship analyse licence invoices, validate fees against exchange contracts, and drive accurate cost allocation across cost centres.




- Inventory & dataquality governance responsible to make sure that the Market Data Management (MDM) system is updated with every exchange licence, its allocation key, expiry dates, and usage rights.
- Stakeholder coordination – act as the primary point of contact for internal central Exchange Market Data team, external exchanges, and regulated benchmark administrators for all licencerelated matters.
- Operational excellence – contribute to the overall performance of the MDCC India hub by meeting SLAs, producing regular KPI reports, and supporting continuousimprovement initiatives.Preferred candidate profile
