Role & responsibilities

Role Overview The Project Engineer is responsible for overall project coordination, planning, execution monitoring, client communication, and ensuring successful delivery of projects within timeline, budget, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities • Plan, monitor, and manage overall project execution from initiation to handover. • Coordinate between design, procurement, site execution, and client teams. • Prepare project schedules, progress tracking reports, and execution plans. • Conduct initial project kickoff meetings. • Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical submissions. • Conduct regular site reviews and monitor quality compliance and review quality checklists. • Monitor procurement schedules.



• Identify project risks, delays, and technical issues, and implement corrective actions. • Ensure projects are executed within approved budget and timelines. • Lead coordination meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors. • Prepare and submit project progress reports. • Coordinate with design team and client for the material selections of the projects. • Monitor project WhatsApp group and ensure timely replies for the queries raised
