Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally.
- Assist guests with seating, table allocation, and menu presentation.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen/service team.
- Serve food and beverages as per restaurant service standards.
- Handle guest queries, requests, and basic complaints professionally.
- Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waiting lists when required.
- Ensure tables are clean, properly arranged, and ready for guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining and reception areas.
- Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager and service team for smooth restaurant operations.
- Provide attentive and prompt service throughout the guest's visit.
- Assist with special occasions, VIP guests, and events.
- Maintain proper knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and ongoing promotions.
- Follow restaurant SOPs, grooming standards, hygiene practices, and service procedures.
- Support the team during busy hours and ensure smooth guest flow.
- Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications




- 0–3 years of experience in restaurants, hotels, hospitality, or customer service.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of food & beverage service.
- Pleasant, confident, and professional personality.
- Good customer-handling skills.
- Well-groomed and presentable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
