EHS Manager / Safety Manager

Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan

Experience: 5–9 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for an EHS Manager / Safety Manager to lead plant safety, statutory compliance, ISO systems and EHS improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 systems.
- Ensure EHS statutory and legal compliance.
- Conduct HIRA, JSA, safety audits, inspections and incident investigations.
- Manage PTW, LOTO, PPE, machine, electrical, fire and chemical safety.
- Drive safety training, induction, toolbox talks and emergency drills.




- Monitor contractor safety and workplace compliance.
- Maintain EHS documentation, reports and safety KPIs.
- Coordinate internal/external audits and close corrective actions.
- Lead EHS initiatives and promote a robust safety culture.
- Coordinate with Plant, Production, Maintenance and HR teams.

Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering / Industrial Safety.
- 5–9 years EHS/Safety experience, preferably in manufacturing/plant environment.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, HIRA/JSA, incident investigation and statutory compliance.
- Good leadership, communication and reporting skills.
