Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end execution of customer projects from sample submission to commercialization.
- Drive Stage-Gate project management and ensure timely milestone completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams - R&D;, T&D;, Production, QA/QC, SCM, Procurement, and BD.
- Prepare and monitor project plans, timelines, risks, and mitigation actions.
- Ensure OTIF delivery and proactively resolve project bottlenecks.
- Conduct project review meetings and provide status updates to customers and management.
- Track action items and ensure cross-functional accountability.
- Prepare dashboards and project presentations for leadership.

Competencies:
- Robust understanding of project lifecycle, stage-gate methodology and commercialization.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project or similar project management tools.

Qualification: B.Tech. (Chemical Engineering preferred) / M.Sc. (Chemistry), MBA (desirable). PMP or Agile certification will be an added advantage.

Nature of Experience:
- 5 - 7 years of project management experience in a CDMO manufacturing environment preferably in Agrochemicals / Specialty chemicals / Pharma industry.
