Job Title: Accounts Executive

Location: Greater Noida West (Work From Office)

Qualifications: B.Com / M.Com /CA Semi-Qualified / CA Dropout

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (1st 3rd Saturday Off)

Weekly Off: Sundays

Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Experience Required: 2–5 Years

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage financial operations, ensure compliance, and support business decision-making through accurate financial reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including invoices, receipts, transactions, and payments
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations using Zoho Books and Tally
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Analyse financial data and provide insights to management
- Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts




- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards
- Support internal and external audits by preparing the required documentation
- Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
Qualifications

Required Skills
- Bachelor in commerce B.Com / M.Com /CA Semi-Qualified / CA Dropout
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books, Tally, or similar accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and taxation
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership
Additional Information

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
