About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Sales Manager cum Jewellery Consultant to manage jewellery sales, handle customer consultations and drive revenue for our lab-grown diamond business.

The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable jewellery and diamonds, handling enquiries and appointments, converting leads into sales, and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

The ideal candidate should have solid sales, communication and jewellery product knowledge, with the ability to confidently explain diamonds, lab-grown diamonds, jewellery designs, pricing and customization options to customers.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Development
- Handle incoming customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, social media, website and walk-ins/appointments.




- Convert leads and enquiries into successful sales.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Follow up with prospective customers regularly.
- Maintain a proper record of leads, follow-ups and sales.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
- Develop long-term relationships with customers.

2. Jewellery Consultation
- Understand customer preferences, requirements and budget.
- Guide customers in selecting suitable:
- Lab-grown diamonds
- Engagement rings
- Solitaire rings
- Wedding jewellery
- Earrings
- Bracelets
- Necklaces
- Custom jewellery
- Explain diamond specifications such as 4Cs – Cut, Colour, Clarity and Carat.
- Explain the difference between lab-grown and natural diamonds in a clear and professional manner.
