Role Description
The Customer Service Specialist is a full time, hybrid role based in Patna, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role involves responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information about Scrollwell’s training programs, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. The specialist will handle registrations,



troubleshoot basic technical or access problems, track and follow up on open tickets, and ensure a smooth experience for educators and partners. Daily tasks include maintaining detailed records in customer service systems, escalating complex concerns when needed, and collaborating with internal teams to improve service processes. The role also requires gathering feedback on customer experiences and suggesting improvements to enhance satisfaction and engagement.

Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Support and Customer Service capabilities.
- Ability to foster positive Customer Experience and maintain high Customer Satisfaction.
- Professional communication skills, with excellent Phone Etiquette and clear written communication.
