Job Summary:
The Offshore FP&A; Analyst supports recurring reporting, data validation, and forecasting activities for the Finance team. This role provides execution support for standardized FP&A; processes to improve accuracy, reduce manual effort, and expand team capacity for higher-value analysis.
Key Objectives:
- Support monthly close, reporting, and validation processes
- Improve data accuracy and reduce manual work
- Enable the FP&A; team to focus on insights and decision support
Core Responsibilities:
- Monthly Reporting & Close Support: Maintain close summaries, draft variance commentary, support ELT reporting, and track headcount and expenses.
- Data Validation: Validate integrations between Adaptive and Workday, identify issues, and escalate failed loads or data discrepancies for resolution.
- Forecast Support: Prepare data and support model updates during quarterly forecasting cycles.
- Adaptive Planning Support: Maintain data, reporting outputs, and perform defined troubleshooting and support activities.
- Process Improvement: Help enhance reporting efficiency, consistency, standardization, and automation within defined support processes rather than structural model ownership.
Role Scope:
Approximately 120 hours per month. The analyst will execute recurring tasks, validations, and draft deliverables, while the internal FP&A; team reviews outputs, provides guidance, and retains final approval. This role is not accountable for final financial approvals, forecast ownership, executive stakeholder communication, structural model changes, or strategic analysis.

2. Shift Timings: 5.30 pm to 2.30 am
