StarClinch is looking for a street-smart, logical, and highly adaptable HR Manager who thrives in the fast-paced startup ecosystem. You will be responsible for hiring both IT & Non-IT talent, building a resilient team culture, and handling the inevitable churn that comes with scaling a startup. This role demands someone with strong negotiation skills, a sharp hiring instinct, and the ability to balance empathy with practicality in decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Hiring: Identify, attract, and recruit individual contributors who aspire to become future leaders.
- Startup Hiring Mindset: Understand the unique challenges of hiring in a startupwhere teams are small, dynamic, and fragileand find candidates who fit this ecosystem.
- Talent Management: Strategize and execute employee engagement, retention, and succession planning.
- Workforce Planning: Anticipate hiring needs, build a pipeline of talent, and manage quick-moving hiring cycles.
- Performance & Culture Building:



Develop a workplace culture that encourages high performance, ownership, and leadership mindset.
- Handling Employee Transitions: Manage new joiners, exits, and attrition without disruption, ensuring smooth transitions.
- Flexibility & Commitment: While regular work hours are 11:30 AM 8:30 PM, occasional delays in log-out time (8:30 - 9 PM) should not be an issue.
