Panorama Block builds governable AI orchestration and execution infrastructure for institutional finance, backed by partners such as Anchorage Digital and Avalanche. We are a remote-first team scaling our commercial operation as we head toward our token generation event and institutional launch.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Business Development Executive to help us build and manage a pipeline of institutional partners, integration targets, and commercial opportunities. You will support outbound prospecting, qualify inbound interest, and keep our CRM and outreach operation organized and moving.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and map potential partners: exchanges, custodians, funds, fintechs, and infrastructure providers.
- Run outbound prospecting via email and LinkedIn, following our messaging playbooks.
- Qualify inbound leads and schedule meetings for the founding team.
- Maintain the CRM and outreach trackers with clean, up-to-date pipeline data.




- Prepare briefing notes ahead of partner and investor meetings.
- Support follow-ups, proposal materials, and partnership documentation.
- Report weekly on pipeline progress, response rates, and next steps.

Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships.
- Excellent written English and confident professional communication.
- Strong research skills and attention to detail in pipeline management.
- Experience with CRM tools and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Nice to Have
- Experience in Web3, crypto, fintech, or financial services.
- Familiarity with institutional finance concepts (custody, trading, tokenization).
- Experience with outreach tools (Apollo, HubSpot, Sales Navigator).
- Additional languages.
