Role Overview

FlyTravio is looking for an
Assistant Manager – Airline Alliances & Commercials
responsible for developing and managing relationships with airlines, airline consolidators, inventory suppliers and other flight partners.

The role will focus on
supplier acquisition, commercial negotiations, competitive airfare procurement, LCC/Series fares, inventory availability and business growth
across FlyTravio’s India and Australia markets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Airline Supplier Acquisition
– Identify and onboard airlines, consolidators, GDS/NDC providers and flight inventory suppliers to expand FlyTravio’s flight content.
2. Commercial Negotiations
– Negotiate competitive net fares, commissions,



mark-ups, incentives, rebates, overrides and other commercial benefits with airline partners and suppliers.
3. LCC & Series Fares
– Source and negotiate LCC, series, group, bulk and preferential fares for high-volume routes and strategic markets.
4. Airline Alliances
– Build and maintain robust relationships with airlines and key flight inventory partners to secure preferential commercial arrangements.
5. Rate Competitiveness
– Regularly benchmark supplier fares against competing OTAs and the market to identify pricing gaps and negotiate improved rates.
6. Volume-Based Deals
– Develop commercial agreements based on projected booking volumes, route commitments, monthly/quarterly targets and advance inventory commitments.
7. India & Australia Markets
– Develop airline partnerships and commercial opportunities for both India-origin and Australia-origin sectors.
