We’re looking for Relationship Managers to join our Direct business team.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Generate and manage leads through retail distribution and referrals
- Drive BTL activities and expand the prospect pipeline
- Connect with prospects through digital and social platforms
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
- Follow up with prospects and manage leads through the LMS/VYMO
- Ensure smooth policy issuance and complete procedural requirements
- Service existing customers and manage renewals & persistency targets
What we’re looking for:
-Graduate
-0.6–2 years of experience
-Minimum 6 months in life insurance sales,
retail banking/channel management, DSA relationship, or related experience
-Strong customer orientation & interpersonal skills
-Valuable communication and negotiation skills
-Comfortable working on digital platforms
