Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in manual testing, automation testing, SQL, API testing, AWS, and Jenkins, with experience working in Agile environments. This role requires collaboration with Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams to ensure software quality and successful product releases.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test strategies.
- Review requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Perform manual and automated testing of web applications and integrated systems.
- Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Identify, document, track, and validate defects.
- Perform database validation using SQL queries.




- Conduct API testing and verify backend integrations.
- Coordinate testing activities across cross-functional teams.
- Support application deployments and troubleshoot deployment issues using Jenkins.
- Ensure adherence to QA processes, standards, and Agile best practices.
- Prepare test reports and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance.
- Robust expertise in Manual Testing and Selenium Automation Testing.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and database validation.
- Experience in API Testing (Postman, Swagger, etc.).
- Working knowledge of AWS.
- Experience with Jenkins for deployment support and troubleshooting.
- Experience with JIRA for defect and task management.
- Experience with QMetry or similar Test Management tools.
