Role & responsibilities

Evaluates electrical systems, products, components, and applications by

designing and conducting research programs; applying knowledge of electricity

and materials.

• To ensure optimum utilization of men, machine and resources.

Analysis of cost components and reduction. To identify the various losses and

its rectification.

Key Deliverables

• Capable to maintain 132 KV substation

• Electronic Systems, Electrical Troubleshooting, Electrical Testing Design,

Project Management, Quality Focus, Database Design, Analyzing

Information, Reporting Research Results, Attention to Detail, Emphasizing

Excellence, Innovation.

• Coordinating with power plant and during emergency importing power from

Meghalaya Electrical Board,





• -Keeps equipment operational by following manufacturer's instructions and

established procedures; requesting repair service.

• Current project planning and cabling, all preventive, shutdown, troubleshooting

to be addressed.

• Knowledge of Programming & Fault finding of PLC & SCADA System.

• Total installation work of cable trays, NGR, earth-pits, grid earthing, neutral

earthing, ESP earthing, HT & LT motor earthing.

• Assist Unit head across different initiatives to improve efficiencies, reduce

Costs and train and empower the team

• Monthly and weekly reviews of the department
