Role Overview

We need a dynamic video editor who can handle end-to-end post-production on a daily publishing schedule. You will work closely with our content pipeline to turn raw daily shoots into polished, engaging content for our audience.

Key Responsibilities
- Daily Turnaround:
Edit and finalize one video per day, ensuring it is ready for same-day publishing.
- Post-Production & Grading:
Perform clean, straightforward color grading to maintain a consistent brand aesthetic.
- Template Generation:
Create and utilize reusable motion graphics and design templates to streamline workflows.
- Thumbnail Creation:
Design eye-catching, high-converting video thumbnails for each release.

Volume & Specifications
- Output:
Approximately 20 videos per month.
- Duration:
Average duration of 3 to 5 minutes per video.
- Workflow:
Video is shot, edited,



and posted on the same day.

Compensation Structure
- Flexible Options:

per-video rate
or a
fixed monthly salary

What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in video editing, color grading, and thumbnail design.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight daily deadlines without compromising quality.
- Strong organizational skills and familiarity with standard editing and design software (e.g., Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop).
- A keen eye for detail and pacing in short-to-mid-form content.
