Role & responsibilities:
- Device & Hardware Support: Diagnose, service, and repair company laptops, desktops, and hardware peripherals. Perform OS installation, formatting, and driver configurations (Windows/macOS).
- Unified Endpoint Management (Intune): Manage device enrollment, push security policies, handle application deployments, and execute patch updates using Microsoft Intune / MDM.
- Helpdesk & Portal Support: Monitor, track, and resolve internal IT support tickets and portal calls in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
- Network & Security Management: Troubleshoot local network connectivity issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, Routers, VPNs, IP configuration). Maintain IT security standards including antivirus deployment, firewall rules, and password management.
- Asset & User Operations: Assist in employee onboarding/offboarding (workstation setup, account provisioning), and maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets and software licenses.





Preferred candidate profile:
- Work Experience: 1 to 4 years of proven hands-on experience as an IT Support Technician, Desktop Support Engineer, or Systems Administrator.
- Core Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and Active Directory / Entra ID.
- Solid skills in laptop/desktop hardware repair, OS troubleshooting, and software installation.
- Hands-on experience with networking tools, routers, switches, VPNs, and ticketing systems.
- Certifications (Good to Have): Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator (MD-102 / Intune), CompTIA A+, CCNA, or equivalent.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving capabilities, clear communication skills, and a user-focused attitude.
