Role Description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time, in office rolefocused on identifying, attracting, and hiring strong talent across technology, design, marketing,



product, and other business functions.

As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will manage the recruitment lifecycle from understanding hiring requirements and sourcing candidates to screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, and offer-stage support.

You will work closely with hiring managers and leadership to build strong candidate pipelines, improve recruitment processes, and deliver a professional and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across the organization.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, candidate profiles, skills, and hiring priorities.
- Source relevant candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to evaluate skills, experience, communication, and role fit.
