Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Associates to join our team in Trichy. The role involves identifying potential clients, generating leads, understanding customer requirements, and supporting business growth through effective communication and follow-up.

This is an inside office sales role suitable for freshers and candidates with relevant sales or business development experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and social media.
- Generate recent business leads and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Understand client requirements and explain relevant EdTech and IT products and services.
- Support the complete sales process from enquiry to conversion.
- Work towards monthly sales and revenue targets.




- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to support sales campaigns.
- Identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.

Requirements
- Any Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma.
- Freshers to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, telemarketing, or a related field.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and CRM.
- Good persuasion and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
