- Manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel.
- Supervise and coordinate hotel staff and different departments.
- Ensure excellent guest service and handle guest complaints professionally.
- Manage front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and other operations.
- Monitor room bookings, check-ins, check-outs, and occupancy.
- Maintain hotel standards, cleanliness, safety, and quality.
- Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.
- Train, motivate, and evaluate employees.
- Monitor sales, revenue, expenses, and budgets.
- Coordinate with vendors and manage inventory and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and health & safety regulations.
- Handle emergencies and resolve operational issues quickly.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for management.
- Work on improving guest satisfaction and increasing hotel revenue.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
