MANPOWER MANAGEMENT
- Should brief staff promotions, sales target for the day and discuss issues related to customer queries and feedback to them.
- Should visit floors & observe who is selling more and who is properly communicating with customers to brief regarding the product.
- Ensure that the staff is working to their fullest potential and satisfaction.
- Ensure implementation of work Ethics and Discipline amongst team members
- To train the recent employees and floor staff on the product knowledge, Grooming standards, Soft skills & Retail standards.
- Ensuring every department runs smoothly and safely on a day-to-day basis, ensuring customers enjoy a winning service, procedures are followed and sales continue to grow.




- Motivate team to ensure delivery of Business objectives
- To monitor that sufficient cash counters to be opened all the time. Supervising the staff on greeting and assisting the Customers to locating the product and helping them to make comfortable purchase.
- Should take daily feedback from B.D.M’S regarding customer feedback
- Making schedule for the breaks, cashiering & weekly off for the staff according to the availability.
- To ensure all that company rules and procedures are followed with respect to customer service and sales.
- Ensure that high standards of grooming are implemented amongst all members of the team includes Housekeeping, Security.

CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SATISFACTION:
- To address to the customer queries, problems, or any other issues and sort it out immediately or giving a solution to the customer to his/her satisfaction and to take necessary steps
- To stay in constant touch with the customer to find out any dissatisfied custom
