Position: Electronics & Electrical Faculty (Contractual)

Duration: 10 Days

Work Location: Chalakkudy, Thrissur

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Salary: Up to ₹10,000 for 10 days Training (based on qualification and experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Electronics & Electrical Trainer on a 10-day contractual basis to conduct classroom and practical training on electrical and electronic appliance servicing as per the prescribed curriculum.

The trainer will be responsible for delivering practical-oriented sessions, maintaining student records, and ensuring effective learning outcomes. Training of Trainers (TOT) will be provided prior to the commencement of classes.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and practical training on electrical and electronics appliance servicing as per the curriculum.
- Conduct hands-on demonstrations, assess trainee performance,



and ensure successful completion of training and OJT readiness.
- Maintain attendance, training records, and progress reports while coordinating with the project team and Centers for smooth programme implementation.

Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification in Electronics/Electrical/ECE or related field
- Minimum 3 months of training experience.
- Valuable communication and presentation skills.
- Prior teaching or training experience will be an added advantage.

Skills Required
- Technical Knowledge – Good knowledge of electronics and circuits.
- Practical Skills – Hands-on experience with electronic tools and equipment.
- Troubleshooting – Ability to identify and fix electronic faults.
- Communication – Ability to explain concepts clearly.
- Teaching Skills – Ability to conduct effective theory and practical sessions.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
