Role Description
The Sales Executive role at PahalTech is a full-time, on-site position based in Rajkot. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients, and presenting PahalTech’s branding and design services in a explicit and compelling manner. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, understanding their business needs, preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating terms, and following up to close deals.



The Sales Executive will collaborate with the design team to align client expectations with service offerings, maintain accurate sales records, and contribute to sales targets and overall business growth. The role also involves market research, participation in promotional activities, and representing PahalTech professionally in all client interactions.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in client relationship management, consultative selling, and negotiation, with the ability to understand and communicate client needs effectively.
- Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management, including cold outreach, follow-ups, and deal closure.
- Ability to present and explain branding, design, and digital services in clear, business-oriented language to diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in basic office productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations) and familiarity
