The Role
We're looking for someone who genuinely loves the creator world — not just as a consumer of content, but as someone who understands how it works, who the players are, and how brands can use creators intelligently to build something real.
This role sits at the intersection of influencer marketing and brand strategy. You'll be the person who knows which creator is right for which brand, why, and exactly how to make that partnership work — from the first DM to the final deliverable.

What You'll Do
- Build creator shortlists for brand campaigns — matching the right influencers to the right briefs based on audience fit, content style, and brand positioning, not just follower count
- Understand when to use influencers, what to use them for, and how to brief them so the output actually serves the brand's goals
- Lead outreach, negotiations, and deal closures with creators and their managers — getting the best terms without burning the relationship
- Manage campaigns end to end: briefing, timelines, content review, delivery, and performance tracking
- Build and maintain a real working network of creators across categories — lifestyle, fashion, beauty, food, luxury, and beyond
- Know your creator ecosystem deeply: who's rising, who's peaking, who's the right call for a mass-market launch versus a premium soft launch
