Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Bengaluru. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, and conduct lead generation through calls, meetings, and digital outreach. The role involves nurturing client relationships, managing key accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to align solutions with client requirements. Daily responsibilities include preparing proposals,



presenting services to prospective clients, negotiating terms, tracking performance metrics, and contributing to strategic growth initiatives for the company.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to drive revenue growth and expand the client base.
- Candidates should possess skills in Account Management and Business relationship-building to retain clients and increase engagement.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident client-facing presentation abilities.
- Relevant experience in consulting, technology services, or B2B sales is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, and meet defined targets.
