Aarivayu is an Ayurveda-focused retail brand dedicated to bringing authentic, natural, and traditional wellness products to our customers. We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Store Manager to lead daily operations and drive sales at our outlet.

Key Responsibilities

· Handling billing, POS transactions, cash counter reconciliation, and daily sales reporting to management.

· Checking stock availability, identifying low-stock or out-of-stock items, and placing replenishment requests.

· Coordination with Therapists, doctors and patients regarding their appointments

· Assigning daily tasks to staff, monitoring their performance, and ensuring good service standards.

· Making calls to existing/potential customers for offers, feedback, or reminders

· Ensuring the store follows hygiene, safety, and company policy standards.

· Actively engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable Ayurvedic products. Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize average order value





· Make calls to existing and prospective customers for follow-ups, offers, and product recommendations

· Maintain a customer database and follow up on leads generated through calls, walk-ins, or campaigns

Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in retail store management
- Solid communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Ayurvedic products and wellness trends is a plus
- Comfortable making customer calls and follow-ups
- Basic computer knowledge (billing software, MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and manage store operations with minimal supervision

- Good interpersonal and persuasion skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Passion for Ayurveda, natural products, and holistic wellness

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
