Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Fleet Personnel Superintendent role based in Colaba. The Fleet Personnel Superintendent will oversee all aspects of crew management, including planning, selection, deployment, relief scheduling, and repatriation for assigned vessels. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with ship masters and other departments on crewing requirements,



monitoring certification and compliance with flag state and international regulations, and ensuring that crew records and databases are kept accurate and up to date. The role involves handling performance evaluations, disciplinary matters, and welfare issues, while supporting training and development programs to maintain competency standards. The Fleet Personnel Superintendent will also liaise with manning agencies, service providers, and regulatory bodies as required, and contribute to continuous improvement of crewing processes and policies.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong crew management and personnel administration skills, including experience in planning, scheduling, and maintaining accurate crew records for multiple vessels.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of maritime regulations, flag state requirements, STCW conventions, and industry compliance standards related to seafarer certification
