Role Description
The AI Workforce Transformation Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for designing and implementing AI-driven workforce strategies that enhance operational efficiency, safety, and productivity across manufacturing, warehousing,



sales, and support functions. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing current workflows, identifying opportunities for AI and automation integration, and developing roadmaps for process digitization and workforce upskilling. The Manager will collaborate with leadership, HR, IT, and operations teams to pilot and scale AI solutions, oversee change management, and ensure smooth adoption by employees through training and communication programs. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, managing vendor and technology partnerships, and ensuring that all AI initiatives align with business objectives, data security, and compliance standards.
