Mobility India (MI),
is a leading nonprofit organization working in the field of disability, development, rehabilitation, and inclusion for more than 32 years. The organization is committed to empowering persons with disabilities through assistive technology and rehabilitation services, inclusive development, capacity building, manpower, systems, community programs, and training. Its education wing offers Bachelor and master's degrees in Prosthetics and Orthotics, affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences.

MI has a long-standing association with WHO, ISPO, ICRC and other national and international bodies and universities.

Requirements of the Job:





The Executive Director must be a committed and values-driven leader with a deep understanding of and passion for the well-being of persons with disabilities and the elderly, particularly those from economically disadvantaged and marginalized communities and to manpower development in this field. She/he needs to be a visionary for expanding and intensifying MI's activities.

The Executive Director will be reporting to the Governing Body and would be accountable for providing strategic leadership and overall direction to the organization and ensuring sustainable growth and provide consistent value for all stakeholders.

The role carries full responsibility for driving organizational performance by establishing explicit objectives, raising and aligning resources, and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
