Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the company.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Lead and manage a team of accountants and finance professionals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors and other stakeholders.

Job Requirements
- CA qualification is mandatory.
- Robust knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and laws.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Experience in the real estate industry or construction sector is preferred.
