Job Title: Odoo Consultant

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Odoo Consultant to understand business requirements, configure and implement Odoo solutions, and provide ongoing support to ensure smooth business operations. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of Odoo modules, business workflows, customization, and integration.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand business requirements and translate them into effective Odoo solutions.
- Configure and implement Odoo modules based on organizational needs.
- Work with different teams to analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
- Handle Odoo modules such as CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Payroll, and Project Management.
- Customize Odoo workflows, reports, dashboards, and system configurations.
- Coordinate with developers for custom module development and technical changes.
- Assist with data migration, system integration, testing, and deployment.




- Conduct user training and prepare documentation for Odoo processes.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely solutions.
- Monitor system performance and ensure smooth day-to-day Odoo operations.
- Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and optimization of the Odoo platform.
- Stay updated with new Odoo versions, features, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience working as an Odoo Consultant / Functional Consultant.
- Knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, APIs, or Odoo Studio is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of Odoo business processes and workflows.
- Hands-on experience with multiple Odoo modules.
- Good knowledge of Odoo configuration and customization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
