Job Overview

Dr Aravind’s IVF Fertility and Pregnancy Center is looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist / Front Office Executive to manage the front desk, assist patients and visitors, coordinate appointments, and support smooth day-to-day reception activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Handle incoming calls and provide basic information regarding appointments and services.
- Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate patient appointments.
- Maintain accurate front-office records and patient-related information.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, billing, and other departments when required.
- Assist patients with registration and guide them through the required process.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
- Support basic billing or payment-related coordination as required.




- Follow center procedures for patient service and confidentiality.
- Handle routine administrative and front-office activities.

Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Pleasant and professional approach toward patients.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Good telephone etiquette.
- Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of appointment scheduling and front-office operations.
- Patient-friendly attitude and willingness to learn.

Eligibility
- Any graduate / diploma qualification preferred.
- Freshers with valuable communication skills may apply.
- Previous experience in healthcare, hospital, clinic, IVF, or front-office operations will be an advantage.
