Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator cum site Supervisor to oversee interior projects. The role involves coordinating with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal departments to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and interior designers for timely project completion.
- Conduct site visits and monitor progress until handover.
- Communicate regularly with clients; document requirements and manage change requests.
- Coordinate with admin for payment collections and contractor payments.
- Assist clients with material selection and confirm availability with vendors.
- Maintain vendor relationships and attend vendor meetings.
- Prepare sites for final handover and project photoshoots.

Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil, or related field.




- Proficiency in Auto CAD and related software's
- 2–4 years of project coordination experience in commercial or residential interior projects.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Willingness to travel for site visits.
