We’re Hiring: Social Media & Performance Marketing Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled Social Media & Performance Marketing Manager who can scale brands through powerful content strategies and high-performing paid campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

If you understand audience psychology, platform algorithms, and performance marketing metrics, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and grow our presence on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
- Develop high-impact content strategies that drive engagement and organic growth
- Plan, execute, and optimize Paid Campaigns (Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, PPC)
- Generate high-quality leads and measurable ROI through performance marketing
- Continuously test and optimize CPC, CTR, conversions, and campaign performance




- Work with creative teams to produce viral and conversion-focused content

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in Social Media Growth & Performance Marketing
- Robust expertise in Meta Ads Manager, YouTube Ads, and PPC campaigns
- Ability to scale campaigns and manage lead generation funnels
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data, optimization, and ROI
- Passion for digital trends, content innovation, and brand growth

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
