Job Overview:We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and results-driven IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent across various technical domains. The candidate should have a passion for talent acquisition, a solid understanding of the IT industry,



and the ability to handle recruitment for various technical positions.

IT Recruiter Experience: 3-6years Location: 5th Floor ,Dynpro India ,Raheja paramount Thimmaiah Rd, Shanthala Nagar, Richmond Town, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560025| Responsibilities:
- End-to-end IT recruitment (permanent & contract).
- Source profiles via Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn & other channels.
- Handle vendor management for timely & quality closures.
- Screen, shortlist, coordinate interviews & manage offers.
- Work closely with hiring managers to meet deadlines.

Requirements:
- Hands-on with Naukri & Monster portals.
- Strong vendor management experience.
- Knowledge of IT skills/technologies.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of technical roles (SAP, Java, Data, Cloud etc.)
