Are you an experienced Implementation Engineer with robust expertise in the Loan & Collections domain and a passion for solving customer problems?
We’re looking for an Implementation Engineer (3–7 years) to join our team in a highly client-facing role.
What you’ll be doing:
Engage with customers to understand and analyze business requirements for the collection platform
Own requirements end-to-end and coordinate with technology teams through development and go-live
Conduct training, workshops, and gap analysis and recommend solutions
Act as a techno-functional bridge between customer business teams and internal technology teams
Work closely at the client location to ensure timely and quality implementation
What we’re looking for:
Strong knowledge of the Collections domain, LMS & LOS
Experience working on loan/collection products and implementations
Ability to create BRDs, solution documents & acceptance criteria
Basic technical knowledge of SQL, product deployments & Infosec
Excellent communication, stakeholder management & requirement-tracking skills
Strong ownership and ability to drive requirements from requirement development go-live
