About the Role

We are looking for a Field Support Executive to install, commission, maintain, and support VisAI Labs' computer vision solutions at customer locations.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and commission vMeasure solutions at customer sites.
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance and customer training.
- Support POCs, product demos, site surveys, and deployments.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain service reports, visit records, and documentation.

Requirements
- Diploma / B.Sc. in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or related fields.




- 0–2 years of experience; freshers are welcome.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on and customer-focused approach.
- Willingness to travel extensively is required.
