Job Description

Act as the final point of escalation for complex level-2 and level-3 hardware, software, and local network issues.

Diagnose and troubleshoot advanced problems related to corporate laptops, desktops, workstation peripherals, mobile devices, and printing environments.

Support enterprise infrastructure access mechanisms including Virtual Private Networks VPN, multi-factor authentication MFA, and secure identity infrastructure.

Standardize,



deploy, and maintain corporate workstation OS images and core productivity software suites.

Oversee the end-to-end hardware lifecycle process, including procurement, provisioning, deployment, decommissioning, and sustainable disposal.

Maintain a precise, up-to-date IT asset inventory repository spanning hardware components, peripherals, and software licenses.

Participate in software compliance audits and track software distribution compliance across enterprise endpoints.

Collaborate closely with Network, Security, System Administration, and DevOps teams to ensure endpoint deployments adhere to corporate security baselines.

Support patch management programs and endpoint protection agents to mitigate technical and security risks across devices.

Draft, maintain, and contribute to internal knowledge bases, technical manuals, and end-user self-service documentation.
