We are looking for a structured and responsible Process & HR Operations Executive to improve the overall efficiency of our automobile dealership. The candidate will create, implement, monitor, and improve departmental processes while ensuring that all stakeholders follow approved SOPs.

The role also includes complete end-to-end HR management, covering recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination, performance monitoring, employee documentation, discipline, and exit formalities.

Process Management Responsibilities
- Study existing workflows across sales, leads, finance, inventory, RTO, vehicle delivery, accounts, service, and customer support.
- Identify process gaps, repeated delays, missed follow-ups, incomplete documentation, and unclear responsibilities.
- Create and implement SOPs, checklists, approval systems, trackers, and reporting formats.
- Define responsibility, timelines, and escalation points for every important activity.
- Ensure all employees, department heads,



and other stakeholders follow approved SOPs.
- Conduct regular process audits and verify records, approvals, files, CRM entries, and supporting documents.
- Monitor pending work and follow up with the responsible employee until closure.
- Track departmental turnaround times, productivity, pending cases, and compliance levels.
- Investigate the root cause of process failures and recommend corrective measures.
- Coordinate between sales, finance, RTO, stockyard, delivery, service, accounts, and management.
- Reduce duplication of work, communication gaps, documentation errors, and avoidable delays.
- Improve lead handling, booking-to-delivery processes, finance coordination, customer communication, and complaint resolution.
- Recommend digital tools, automation, and simpler working methods wherever required.
- Train employees on current and revised SOPs.
- Maintain a central SOP manual and update
