Job Title: Senior Mechanical Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead mechanical design and development of robotic products, assemblies, and components.
- Create detailed 3D models, engineering drawings, and BOMs using CAD tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Creo.
- Design and develop sheet metal components and assemblies, including enclosures, brackets, frames, covers, and fabricated parts.
- Prepare sheet metal designs considering bend allowances, bend radius, material thickness, tolerances, manufacturability, and fabrication requirements.
- Collaborate with vendors and manufacturing teams for sheet metal fabrication, laser cutting, bending, welding, and finishing processes.
- Perform tolerance analysis, stress analysis, thermal analysis, and DFMEA to ensure design reliability.
- Collaborate closely with electronics, software, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Oversee prototyping, testing, and validation of mechanical systems.




- Select materials and manufacturing processes based on project requirements, performance, availability, and cost constraints.
- Evaluate and improve existing mechanical designs for performance, manufacturability, durability, and cost optimization.
- Support product documentation, technical specifications, engineering drawings, BOMs, and compliance with safety standards.
- Conduct design reviews and provide technical solutions for mechanical design and integration challenges.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on mechanical design and development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical design and product development.
- Proficient in 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks, Creo, or AutoCAD.
