Role & responsibilities

1. Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across hospitals, clinics, doctors, corporates, and other healthcare institutions.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into business clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

2. Doctor & Corporate Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and corporate clients.
- Conduct regular client visits and understand their requirements.
- Handle client queries, feedback, and service-related concerns.

3. Healthcare Service Promotion
- Promote pathology, radiology, health packages, home collection, and other diagnostic services.
- Communicate service perks, pricing, offers, and packages effectively.
- Coordinate promotional activities and campaigns.

4. Market Development
- Identify new markets, potential clients, and business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Suggest strategies to improve market penetration and revenue.

5. Sales & Revenue Management




- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales plans and achieve assigned targets.
- Track business generated from individual clients and channels.
- Follow up on pending leads, quotations, and payments.

6. Team Coordination
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Collection, and Lab/Radiology teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Guide junior sales/marketing executives and support them in achieving targets.
- Share market feedback and business updates with management.

7. Client Retention
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and cross-selling of diagnostic services.
- Resolve client issues promptly to maintain long-term relationships.

8. Reporting & MIS
- Maintain daily activity reports, visit reports, lead trackers, and sales MIS.
- Submit regular updates on target achievement, new clients, revenue, and market activities.
